A little more than three years after winning a seat on Lachine’s borough council as part of Claude Dauphin’s slate of candidates, councillor Maja Vodanovic has joined the ranks of Projet Montréal.
Projet Montréal leader Valérie Plante, who described Vodanovic as “a woman of conviction (and) integrity” introduced the latest addition to her party’s ranks during a news conference at city hall on Monday.
Vodanovic left Dauphin’s party last November and has since sat as an independent.
Montreal’s municipal election will take place Nov. 5.
